Foxglove Beardtongue - Penstemon digitalis

Features:  Its common name aptly describes its tubular white flowers with purple veins that act as runway lights for bumblebees. Tiny hairs on the stamens cause them to bend and deposit their pollen onto visiting insects. They bloom in late spring and also attract butterflies and other insects.
