Refund policy

 

You can request a cancellation of your order and a refund to your credit card for some or all of your plants if your garden plans or your mind should change. Notify us through the site email. Ideally do that before the online order closing date. It can be done up until the pickup date with additional effort on our part.

After the pick-up days, you will receive a refund for any of the plants that were unavailable for delivery due to growing problems.

We reserve the right to substitute species in the garden kits for those not available.
