Christmas Fern - Polystichum acrostichoides

Features: A bold, evergreen fern that was often used for Christmas decorations because it stays green year round. Deer may browse during the winter.

Light: Part Shade to Light Shade

Soil: Medium to Dry

Height: 1 to 2 feet

Blooms: No blooms (not technically a 'forb' but there aren't enough ferns for their own category)
