Tufted Hair Grass - Deschampsia cespitosa

Features:  This is a rare native grass. It has a lovely shape, which Natural Garden Natives describes as vase shaped; its seed heads capture light, forming a gauzy effect.  Good rain garden plant. Provides winter interest.
