Features:  This striking, early-blooming plant has attention-grabbing large bright yellow flowers in spring.  It is visited by many species of bees, flies, butterflies and other insects. Makes a good rain garden plant and should be kept moist in spring. It is not a true Marigold, but in the Buttercup family.

Light: Prefers full or partial sun

Soil: Moist with much organic matter

Height:  1-2 feet.

Blooms: April to May
